Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC seeks a Certified Medical Assistant for the Advanced OBGYN team. This full-time position follows an 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday schedule.

You will support clinical tasks, patient flow, and sensitive obstetric/gynecology workflows under supervision. Qualifications include completing an accredited medical assisting program and obtaining MA certifications within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus completion of an accredited medical assisting program.
• Graduates from military medical assisting programs are eligible.
• Program approved by SC Dept of Education as Health Sciences pathway qualifies.
• Employer-delivered training aligned to national cert exam must be completed within 90 days.
• Certification as MA from AAMA/AMT/CCMA/NCMMA must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
