Position Details
  • Location: 301 Lippincott Drive - Marlton. No remote work.
  • Shift: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.
  • Weekends/Holidays: None.
  • May need to educate in the field.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years recent clinical experience in homecare, preferably at an advanced level.
  • Masters Degree in Nursing or near completion.
  • Licensed RN in NJ.
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS (critical care, labor/delivery, emergency), NRP (neonatal), PALS (pediatrics/emergency).
Job Summary

The Advanced Nurse Clinician focuses on clinical outcomes for specific patient populations through staff development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical leadership. Adheres to HRO principles, ANA standards, and organizational mission and vision.

Responsibilities
  1. Clinical Quality and Safety: Interpret data to improve patient outcomes, collaborate on evidence-based care, support patient throughput, communicate practice changes, and promote shared governance.
  2. Professional Development: Coordinate staff orientation, serve as a knowledge resource, foster a learning environment, mentor staff, promote lifelong learning, identify knowledge gaps, manage competencies, evaluate educational ROI, and collaborate with academic partners.
