Corewell Health's Helen DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join the neonatal-ICU team. You will coordinate advanced care for critically ill neonates, collaborate with physicians and multi-disciplinary teams, and educate families and staff while advancing QA/QI initiatives.

The role emphasizes independent clinical judgment, neonatal resuscitation readiness, and leadership in care planning, education, and pathway optimization within a Level IV NICU.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in nursing with NP certification from an accredited program.
• Five years of relevant clinical experience, including the area of specialty.
• Experience coordinating care across multiple services and collaborating with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive care delivery for critically ill patients.
• Obtain histories and perform physical exams.
• Educate patients, guardians and health team members.
• Act as a patient advocate across multidisciplinary lines.
• Document in the medical record and manage orders.
• Contribute to QA/QI studies and measure outcomes.
