Overview

Managed Mobile is seeking an experienced "Advanced Level" Technician in diagnosing and repairing medium/heavy-duty trucks for our Las Vegas location. The role involves working independently from a fully equipped service vehicle, performing scheduled repairs, and adhering to safety protocols. This position offers a rotating schedule from Monday to Friday with no weekend work, promoting a work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on medium and heavy-duty trucks, including engines, drivetrains, brakes, suspension, electrical components, and computer systems.
• Perform trailer repairs such as PMs and minimal repairs when necessary.
• Repair equipment like lift gates, PTOs, transmission units, and hydraulic hoses.
• Operate a mobile service vehicle to provide on-site services at customer locations.
• Adapt to varying tasks based on business needs.
• Work approximately 8-10 hours of overtime weekly.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug and background checks.
• At least 2 years of mobile truck technician experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and computer diagnostics.
• Welding skills and A/C recovery machine repair experience are preferred.
• Journeyman level repair experience on Class 6-8 diesel engines.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.
