Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of military training and training support operations; MTCCS II experience required.
• Security Clearance: Secret Clearance required to start.
• Location: Onsite at Ft Bragg, NC.

Responsibilities

• Delivers individual training to operators and large training events in accordance with the MTC program.
• Develops training methods and materials such as curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids based on client specifications.
• Develops training products for C2IS and LVC systems.
• Participates in Event/Exercise lifecycle management and AAR; consults with users to design training to meet requirements.
• Develops training environments unique to unit training requirements.
• Completes setup and configuration of systems; conducts testing and troubleshooting.
• Participates in internal AARs after training.
• Certifies IAW the PDCP.
• Performs other duties as required.
