Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Integrated Supply Chain Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II to drive manufacturing process improvements across our supply chain. You will apply engineering expertise to optimize operations, boost production efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives that deliver cost savings and quality improvements.

This role works with cross-functional teams in supply chain, quality, and production on a hybrid schedule, reporting to the leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years in advanced manufacturing engineering or related field in supply chain or production.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, optimization and quality control methodologies.
• Proficiency with CAD, process simulation, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or other CI methods.

As an Integrated Supply Chain Advanced Mfg Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in advancing manufacturing processes within the Integrated Supply Chain organization. You will leverage your engineering expertise to optimize manufacturing operations, enhance production efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence. You will report directly to our leadership team and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing processes, contributing to cost savings, quality improvements, and timely delivery of products within the supply chain. YOU MUST HAVE

• Proficiency with manufacturing engineering tools such as CAD software, process simulation tools, and data analysis software
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies

• Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience in supply chain or integrated manufacturing environments
