Description (Summary)

Thrive Behavioral Health is seeking social workers and professional counselors with Maryland LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT, LCPAT, or similar licenses to work with individuals & families. This is a full-time role (approx. 25-27 sessions/week), requiring active MD licensure by start date. Most therapy sessions are in-person at clinics, schools, or community settings, with some virtual duties.

Responsibilities

• Providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families using professional counseling skills
• Timely documentation of sessions
• Collaborating with prescribers, coordinators, and team members to develop treatment plans
• Attending meetings and trainings
• Representing Thrive at schools or other engagements

Minimum Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license as an LC under Maryland licensing boards
