Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant II to provide advanced clinical support in a value‑based care environment, helping optimize patient flow and clinical operations. You will schedule and assist clinicians, address patient concerns, review medical documentation, and coordinate patient communications by mail and secure messaging.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years of clinical experience and at least 1 year as a Medical Assistant; BLS/ACLS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3+ years of clinical experience and 1+ year as Medical Assistant.
• Preferred BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrates technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to serve as a resource for others.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow, scheduling, and clinician support to optimize care delivery.
• Handle patient concerns, coordinate practice operations during clinician absence, review medical documentation, and assist with patient communication via mail and electronic messages.
• Support operational efficiency through participation in quality improvement activities, training new staff, and rotating across departments as needed.
