Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment or demonstrated competence in related area.
• Intermediate understanding of mechanical concepts and aptitude.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform fitting and assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using hand and power tools.
• Conduct in-depth inspections to ensure product meets specifications and quality standards.
• Align, adjust and perform secondary machining as required.
• Work from drawings and shop orders and record production data.
• Operate cranes/hoists or lift tables as needed and maintain safe work practices.
• Report defects and participate in continuous improvement activities.
