Job summary

Mathnasium LLC is seeking an Advanced Math Tutor for the South Charlotte and Monroe locations to help K-12 students master concepts using the Mathnasium Method. This part-time role offers after-school and weekend hours in-center or online.

You will assess progress, collaborate with a team, and receive ongoing training with curriculum and tools. A passion for math and strong interpersonal skills are essential, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained in teaching methods.
• Exceptional math competency across Math III, Precalculus, Calculus, Statistics, SAT/ACT Math prep.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method.
• Collaborate with team to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ progress and engagement during sessions.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
