Advanced Math Summer Camp Instructor - Remote | WFH job at Get It Recruit - Educational Services. Orange County, CA. We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled math educators to join our summer camps for a rewarding 3-week residential experience. Our camps focus on building strong conceptual foundations and advanced problem-solving skills. Many students attend to enhance their abilities and better prepare for math competitions.

Camp Overview
Our camp brings together both "day campers" who commute and "residential campers" who stay on campus throughout the 3-week program. Instructors and counselors will stay on campus to provide supervision and guidance. Classes are held Sunday through Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays typically free for instructors. If you're local to the camp area, commuting is an option, but instructors also have the opportunity to stay on-site. Students are grouped by mathematical level (e.g., middle school, early high school). Topics include Algebra, Geometry, Combinatorics, Number Theory, and other specialized subjects. Instruction consists of 3-hour sessions each morning and afternoon, with additional opportunities for seminars and office hours in the evenings. Responsibilities Deliver engaging, interactive math lessons that align with our curriculum
Create a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere where students feel encouraged to collaborate and participate
Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to our curriculum team
Help with camp logistics, such as check-ins/outs, study halls, and seminars as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in math or a related STEM field (candidates with graduate-level education are highly encouraged to apply)
Experience teaching students in grades 6-12; exposure to math competitions (such as AMC 8, 10, 12, or AIME) is a plus
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
