Job Description

We are seeking an Advanced Market Research Analyst for a 12-month opportunity in Redmond, WA. Please send your updated resume, including a candidate summary of relevant experience and your former MS alias.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the Office Global Services & Automation team in improving international customer experience (consumer and commercial).
• Provide insights into international markets, including leading indicators, customer satisfaction, languages, experiences, and usage across the customer lifecycle and Office products.
• Deliver high-impact, actionable audience and market insights to inform strategic decisions for Office International.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of strategy, consulting, business management, and market research experience.
• Previous MS experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytics skills with the ability to present insights effectively. Broad business perspective and leadership qualities are desired.
• Experience with international market research and stakeholder interaction.
• Proficiency in data pulling, Office tools, Power BI, and Excel. Technical expertise is a plus but not mandatory.
• A relevant degree is preferred; an MBA is a plus but not essential.

Top Skills Required

• Market Research and Analytics (International experience is a plus).
• Strategy and Consulting: Ability to add value and influence teams and organizations.

Experience working with stakeholders is important.
