Job summary

LeMaitre Vascular is seeking an entry-level manufacturing associate to produce medical devices in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom environment. You will read and follow safety rules, specifications and instructions to assemble devices and perform quality checks.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and are willing to train; fluent English is required. The role includes packaging, routine lab tasks and collaboration with R&D and production teams.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Experience: Medical device experience is preferable but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Skills: Good hand coordination and a willingness to work with chemicals. Must have good attention to detail and able to use small tools, microscopes and tabletop equipment.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to life upto 40lbs
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in english

Overview

This position will be responsible for manufacturing medical devices using various manufacturing and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Works in a laboratory or cleanroom ISO Class 8 environment with masks, smocks, gloves and shoe covers.
  • Reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Follows written specifications and manufacturing instructions to assemble biological medical devices.
  • Evaluates product assembly to company quality standards.
  • Completes quality work at acceptable department/production-determined rates.
  • Packs medical devices.
  • Supports R&D and manufacturing tasks as required.
  • Adheres to company policies, procedures and documentation requests.
  • Treats others with courtesy, sensitivity and respect at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
