About The Role
The Advanced Manufacturing & Repair Technology (AMRT) Process Development organization is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Engineer to support the development, qualification, and continuous improvement of advanced manufacturing and repair processes. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer with education and/or hands-on experience in materials, welding, brazing, and furnace heat treat.
The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to develop robust processes that support high-quality component repair, with a strong emphasis on metallurgy, process control, and technical problem-solving.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $80,000.00 and $120,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
