Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to write clear communication in English.
• Able to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift medium-heavy objects as required.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for production by tooling and parametrization per work orders.
• Monitor production status between sequences and address deviations.
• Operate machines while controlling processes and following procedures.
• Inspect parts, identify defects, and discard defective items per protocol.
• Support maintenance to prevent downtime and inspect machines.
• Follow safety rules and use PPE properly.
