Job summary
Caterpillar Precision Seals and Attachments (CPSA) Mapleton is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering Manager to lead the next generation of manufacturing performance and smart factory transformation. You will guide engineering, maintenance, automation, reliability, and digital manufacturing initiatives to elevate safety, quality, productivity, and cost across Mapleton operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automation engineering, or metallurgical engineering.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, maintenance, automation, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineering, maintenance, and automation organizations to support operations.
- Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives and digital transformation.
- Oversee manufacturing engineering, facilities, cost estimating, and production planning.
- Champion modernization and data-driven decision making to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver sustainable results.
