Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or machining.
• Proficiency with welding equipment and automation tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with CAD systems such as AutoCad Inventor.
• Experience with robots or cobots is a plus.
• Willingness to work hands-on in a shop environment.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative approach to projects.
• Familiarity with process improvement, automation, or tooling development.
• Bachelor's degree valued; no college degree required; technical certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to design, build, and implement manufacturing solutions for welding, assembly, and painting.
• Utilize internal capabilities including welding, fabrication, plasma cutting, bending, and testing to refine processes.
• Work directly with welding equipment and welding cobots to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
• Support the launch of innovative automation and tooling projects, ensuring practical factory use.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing manufacturing processes, focusing on safety, reliability, and cost reduction.
• Participate in hands‑on fabrication, welding, and machining tasks to prototype and validate new solutions.
• Maintain a strong commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
