Honeywell Aerospace in Clearwater, FL is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Senior to drive innovation and optimization of manufacturing processes. You will lead initiatives to improve process performance, reduce costs, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality aerospace products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Aerospace experience preferred.
• 6+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement.
• Aerospace electronics experience and understanding of Defense products for OEM and aftermarket.
• Experience with data analysis tools and manufacturing software to identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Electrical and or Mechanical Engineer
• 6+ years’ of manufacturing engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Aerospace electronics experience and have an understanding of Defense products for both OEM and aftermarket
• Experience with data analysis tools and manufacturing software to identify process improvements and implement corrective actions
