Job summary

PACCAR’s Peterbilt Motors Company in Denton, TX seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to provide manufacturing engineering support across departments. You will study facilities and processes, driving improvements to efficiency, quality, and cost and lead PFMEA and DFMEA efforts in a collaborative team environment.

The role calls for active participation in NPD/launch processes, DFMA/DFSS tools, and coordinating with suppliers. Occasional travel up to 5% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing support to design engineering.
• Review DFMA/DFMEA to improve manufacturability and quality.
• Lead PFMEA and participate in design reviews.
• Coordinate capital tooling budgets and labor studies.
• Travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
