Talascend is currently seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for a contract opportunity located in Clearwater, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and engineering objectives
2. Prepare and update reports, documentation, and technical records
3. Apply analytical tools and theories to evaluate and enhance processes
4. Participate in project teams and lean manufacturing initiatives
5. Identify, analyze, and resolve issues using root cause corrective action and data analysis
6. Drive and support continuous improvement projects
7. Assist in resolving technical and process-related problems in production

You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
