Job Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of advanced manufacturing strategies for new and existing products.
• Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to improve product performance and facilitate transition from prototype to production.
• Use CAD software to design and modify production systems and components.
• Design, implement, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems to support manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues, improve processes, and reduce costs.
• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes and equipment for efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Develop maintenance procedures for manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety and environmental standards.
• Provide technical leadership and training to manufacturing staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of DFM, CAD, and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Proven experience in manufacturing strategies and process development.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
