Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform light construction, carpentry, and remodeling tasks.
• Repair and replace windows, doors, frames, locks, and hardware.
• Carry out light electrical repairs (outlets, switches, fixtures, lighting).
• Install tub/shower surrounds; drywall, trim, cabinets, countertops.
• Caulking, sealing, weatherproofing; interior and exterior painting.
• Install appliances and perform basic troubleshooting.
• General property and preventative maintenance.
