Base pay range

$38.00/hr - $40.00/hr

United Direct Solutions is currently looking for an Advanced Maintenance Technician/ Lead with locations in Louisville, KY, and Cincinnati, OH. We are open to having someone at either location.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

Summary

The role involves supporting the Lettershop departments in our Cincinnati and Louisville plants, with a focus on equipment maintenance, team leadership, and safety.

Responsibilities

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Bluecrest, Pitney Bowes inserters, or similar equipment.
• Work 2-3 days per week at each location as needed.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities, ensure safety, reduce downtime, and improve throughput.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and participate in equipment installations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Interact with vendors and contractors, manage purchase orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3-5 years of maintenance or facilities experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety, and maintenance methods.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

Physical & Work Environment

Regularly sit, stand, walk, lift up to 70 lbs, and work in a minimally noisy environment. Travel between sites required.

Employment Details

Full-time, hourly, $38-$40/hr, with benefits and a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with overtime as needed.
