Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to handle advanced maintenance of production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs with minimal supervision. The role emphasizes safety, documentation via EAM, and collaboration with supervision to ensure equipment runs efficiently.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree preferred and at least three years of related maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in a related technical field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training required.
• Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills; machining experience with mill and lathe preferred.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Work with the work order system (EAM) to document repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Perform regular inspections and repairs on production equipment; assist in machine repairs and train others.
• Set up new equipment; troubleshoot and decide on effective repair methods.
• Interpret blueprints and part drawings to perform maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and provide shift reports.
