Job summary

RealTruck in Missouri is seeking a Maintenance Technician II responsible for building maintenance and a range of repairs, including troubleshooting and maintaining small tools and equipment. You will work on advanced manufacturing systems and collaborate with engineering to improve equipment reliability.

The role requires forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and 3 years of mechanical experience. Shift is Mon-Thu with Friday availability as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• 3 years of working with mechanical systems, tools, or machines.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex machines, including electrical/PLC, mechanical, welding, hydraulics, and conveyors.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve issues and minimize downtime through data-driven analysis.
• Manage CMMS: create work orders, document work, and update parts.
• Assist with inventory, catalog parts, and order replacements.
• Mentor Maintenance Technician I staff on equipment and advanced systems.
• Rebuild machines/tools and create special tools to aid production.
