• Monitor and verify equipment settings, gauge readings, HMIs, sensors, and system performance to maintain operational specifications
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagrams, sketches, manuals, and technical specifications
• Remove and replace defective components using proper tools and material handling equipment (e.g., hoists, cranes)
• Adjust functional components and control instruments using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, levels, straightedges)

Responsibilities

The Advanced Maintenance Technician is a multi-craft role responsible for performing skilled maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production equipment and mechanical systems with minimal supervision. This role supports reliable equipment performance through preventative maintenance, independent troubleshooting, and timely repairs. The technician works closely with Operations and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position builds on foundational technical skills by applying working knowledge across mechanical and electrical systems while providing guidance to Maintenance Technicians in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
