Job summary

AAF International in Smithfield, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift (5:00am-3:30pm). You will ensure all plant processing and facilities equipment run at optimum efficiency daily, performing preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; journeyman level competence in listed trades is expected.
• Experience in repair of high-speed processing and paper converting equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair processing equipment.
• Maintain and repair facilities equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on processing and plant equipment.
• Electrical troubleshooting.
• Mechanical troubleshooting.
• Communicate and document work performed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or asked of by management.
