Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a machine operator in Wyoming to operate and maintain production equipment, read blueprints, and inspect castings for quality. You will follow the production schedule, perform tool handling tasks, and keep the work area clean and safe.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and forklift/crane certification preferred, with ability to read orders, perform basic math, and work with little supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift and Crane certification preferred.
• Ability to read work orders, ITPs, blueprints, rulers and tape measures.
• Basic math: add/subtract whole numbers, fractions, decimals.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and clean castings per OMS/process sheet.
• Inspect finished work for quality.
• Use hand and power tools (rail benders, shears, punches, presses, saws, grinders, Huckbolt tools).
• Read production schedule and follow it with minimal supervision.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
