Ultipro in Mississippi Gulfport is seeking a Paramedic to deliver rapid Advanced Life Support to critically ill and injured patients. You will perform airway management, vascular access, drug therapy, and continuous cardiac monitoring.

You will identify medical emergencies, interpret EKGs, and apply defibrillation and cardioversion as needed. Strong knowledge of dysrhythmias and pharmacology is essential, along with the ability to anticipate evolving situations.

Qualificações

• Provides Advanced Life Support to ill and injured using basic and advanced techniques.
• Recognizes medical emergencies and makes differential diagnoses.
• Recognizes cardiac dysrhythmias and treatments for life-threatening dysrhythmias.
• Understands and anticipates pharmacological treatment for critically ill and injured patients.

Responsabilidades

• Provides and directs fast, efficient Advanced Life Support to the ill and injured utilizing all basic and advanced abilities and techniques, including but not limited to the placement of peripheral and intraosseous lines, Supraglottic airways, endotracheal intubations, Cricothyrotomy, fluid and drug therapy, cardiac monitoring and EKG interpretations, defibrillation, and cardioversion.
• Recognizes and understands a medical emergency and makes reasonable and acceptable differential diagnosis.
• Recognizes common cardiacdysrhythmias and understands the principles and treatment modalities for life threatening dysrhythmias ;
