Job summary

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a related field and one year of legal experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CJIS, TCIC, and Notary certifications within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Drafts petitions, motions, orders, and other legal documents as assigned.
  • Prepare and send notices of court hearings; coordinate hearing dates and settings.
  • Assist with discovery, subpoenas, briefs, bench warrants and other time-sensitive legal documents.
  • Maintain case management calendars, files, dockets, and electronic case management system.
  • Assist with records management, e-filing, and interagency document transfers.
  • Provide subject matter support for technology and business process development.
