Job summary

Dakotaland Manufacturing seeks an experienced laser machine operator to perform laser cutting for diverse manufacturing needs. You will select programs, adjust parameters, and ensure high-quality cuts while maintaining equipment and logs.

The role includes reading drawings, inspecting parts, and following safety protocols in a fast-paced facility. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with at least one year of manufacturing experience, familiarity with NC programming, and forklift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Safety training, ESD awareness, foreign object damage awareness, and quality system awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate laser cutting equipment and adjust parameters for quality.
• Set up and maintain cutting operations; perform routine maintenance as required.
• Inspect finished parts using precision equipment and verify conformance to drawings.
• Detect and report defective materials or conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.
• May work at different workstations to meet production needs.
