Job summary

United States Cold Storage Inc. in Camden, NJ, is seeking an IT Service Desk II Analyst to provide advanced end-user computing support across the US Cold network.

You will handle incidents and service requests, collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and Operations teams, and mentor Level I technicians. The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or higher, 2+ years in service desk or desktop support, and experience with Windows, Office 365, and AD/Exchange administration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Service Desk, desktop support, or end-user computing.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience supporting Office 365/Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience configuring laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technical support for hardware, software, OS, mobile devices, printers, and enterprise applications.
• Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end with proper documentation and SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint, workstation, network, and application issues.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams while owning resolution.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, and related devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, AD, Intune, Azure, and user administration.
