Wintrust Financial Corp is seeking an Advanced IT Business Analyst to coordinate strategic business analysis across Salesforce, nCino, and related platforms. You will gather requirements, refine user stories, and work with stakeholders and technology teams to drive agile delivery of initiatives within a commercial banking context.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on Salesforce administration, nCino experience, and strong collaboration skills to influence solutions while supporting enterprise

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services coordinating business, functional and technical requirements and/or project management across large cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of Salesforce CRM Platform experience.
• 2+ years of experience on the nCino loan origination system.
• 2+ years of experience with JIRA.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of IT and Business Operations.

This role offers the ability to make an impact and interface with the various aspects of Wintrust's businesses lines Position Overview The Advanced IT Business Analyst is a mid-level business analysis position and serves as a key subject matter expert for organizing and coordinating strategic business analysis services. This role will be key to understanding and documenting capabilities and business, functional and technical requirements needed to address business challenges. Business Analysts work closely with Business resources and stakeholders, internal Technology teams, and various vendors and third-party consultants and implementers. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience working within Agile Scrum environments and possess hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and nCino platforms, with the ability to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and system administration activities. This includes experience with Salesforce user administration, data and field analysis, system configuration research, and supporting business processes within the nCino platform. Experience within commercial banking or financial services environments is highly preferred. This role requires a collaborative mindset, extensive Agile and Scrum knowledge, and the ability to influence and guide stakeholders while supporting enterprise initiatives that leverage Salesforce, nCino, and other critical business platforms.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and strategic projects.


• Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and aligned with business objectives.


• Create, refine, and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and JIRA backlog items while partnering with development teams throughout the SDLC.


• Support Salesforce and nCino initiatives by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and assisting with platform administration, workflows, and system enhancements.


• Participate in Agile delivery teams, facilitating requirements discussions, sprint activities, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.


• Ensure compliance with Enterprise PMO governance standards, project documentation requirements, and established delivery methodologies.


• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support project implementation, testing, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working in a financial services environment with a special emphasis on coordinating business, functional and technical requirements and/or project management across large cross functional teams, programs or projects


• 2+ years of experience working on the Salesforce CRM Platform


• 2+ years of experience working on the nCino loan origination system


• 2+ years of experience working with JIRA


• Salesforce Administrator Certification, a plus


• Advanced knowledge of general IT, and Business Operations


• Must possess solid leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills


• Advanced knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes


• Exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Agile and Scrum Methodologies


• Must have working knowledge of business productivity tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, and Visio.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical people


• Ability to be creative and think outside of the box to see the whole business picture while maintaining an exceptional eye for detail


• Ability to work on multiple projects and programs simultaneously


• Able to work with strict deadlines and time pressure


• Excellent attitude and positive demeanor


• Ability to create and manage JIRA user stories throughout the SDLC process following Agile methodology

The estimated salary range for this role is $82,000.00 - $100,000.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
