Job summary

Atlantic Health System in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform X-ray imaging and related procedures under the direction of a Radiologist. You will prepare and maintain records, ensure patient comfort, and uphold safety standards.

The role emphasizes quality imaging, equipment care, and collaboration with the healthcare team across locations. NJ RT license, ARRT certification, BLS, and accredited radiography education are required; 0–3 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiography School.
• NMRT licensure and ARRT certification required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Experience preferred but not required (0–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Performs imaging procedures in accordance with guidelines.
• Demonstrates knowledge of imaging equipment and maintenance.
• Obtains patient history and explains procedures.
• Maintains equipment safety and patient comfort.
• Coordinates daily imaging procedures and revisions as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
