Qualifications

• BE/BC Cardiologist with advanced heart failure fellowship training.
• Leadership in readmission reduction and inpatient HF care.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and participate in HF/SHOCK response initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead readmission reduction efforts and guide advanced heart failure inpatient care.
• Participate in Heart Failure and SHOCK response teams, LVAD evaluation and longitudinal care, and LVAD committee.
• Oversee APRN-led outpatient CHF clinics and participate in research.
• Collaborate with ICU teams caring for complex cardiac patients.
• Echocardiography and CPET interpretation; cardiac MRI and catheterization as per expertise.
