Advanced Heart Failure TeleCardiology - Virtual Outpatient Heart Failure Management - MD/DC - 5+hrs/week

We are growing! Our team is hiring for Advanced Heart Failure-trained cardiologists with an interest in moonlighting with a fully virtual cardiology telehealth company providing specialized care for outpatient heart failure management. Our mission is to deliver a world-class member experience and improve patient access to the best healthcare providers, devices, and therapies.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct new and follow-up cardiology consults via video.
2. Work remotely with flexible scheduling (5+ hours/week).
3. Manage medications, including Guideline Directed Medication Therapy for heart failure patients.
4. Communicate with registered nurses regarding patient care.
5. Optional: Read echocardiograms.
6. Utilize EMR: Elation.

Requirements:

• Board-eligible or Board-certified in Cardiology.
• Advanced Heart Failure training preferred.
• Maryland and/or DC medical license.
