The Department of Medicine at Creighton University Medical Center and CHI Health Heart Institute is recruiting an Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist as we pursue growth to our vibrant program and expand our clinical enterprise, research, and educational activities in conjunction with our Department of
Medicine and our expanding Heart and Vascular Institute.
At Creighton University Medical Center, our Heart & Vascular Institute is one of the nation’s highest quality, award winning heart programs. We are a designated TAVR, TEER, Afib Ablation Centers of Excellence with a high procedure volume and excellent outcomes. Supported by a highly ranked team of
Cardiac Surgeons, Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiology Cardiologists, and General Cardiologists, we are significantly involved in innovative national and international trials. In conjunction with our rapid growth in Cardiac Surgery, expansion is ripe in our Heart Failure Program, augmented by the Heart & Vascular Institute being part of the integrated, multispecialty system, working with every member of the cardiovascular medicine team committed to the highest outcome of every procedure we perform. Additionally, they will play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth of the Advanced Heart Failure at Creighton/CHI Health, including development of a destination LVAD program.
Resident and fellowship activity with the department of Medicine is highly engaging at our University Medical Center and Level I Trauma Center.
