Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center in Westwood, NJ, is seeking a BE/BC Advanced Gastroenterologist to join a supportive, well-integrated team offering a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care.

Salary starting at $425,000 and a recruitment package with base salary, CME allowance, sign-on, relocation, debt assistance, and paid malpractice coverage. The hospital features on-site lab and imaging, Epic EMR, and a Monday–Friday clinic schedule.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school
• Gastroenterology Fellowship-Training completion
• ABIM Board Certified or Eligible in Gastroenterology
• New Jersey State Medical license, DEA, and CDS required on start
• Maintains CME credits as required for board certification and privileges

Responsibilities

• Provide a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient GI care
• Clinic schedule Monday to Friday with no weekend clinic
• Clinic call duties are via telephone
• On-site access to lab and X-ray; team-based care
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and workflows
