CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills and CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in San Antonio, TX seek a Board Certified/Eligible Advanced Gastroenterologist to join a newly launched employed GI group. The role includes inpatient GI coverage with an on-site team and access to state-of-the-art GI labs (EUS/ERCP/POEM) and a phased rollout from inpatient coverage to a multi-physician practice.

Ground-floor opportunity with a large referral base, dedicated APP support, and potential for outpatient

Qualifications

• Must possess Texas medical license or be eligible to be licensed in Texas.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Fellowship training in Advanced Gastroenterology with EUS/ERCP capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient GI coverage and consults at a Level III trauma center.
• Perform advanced GI procedures (EUS, ERCP, POEM) with future outpatient expansion.
• Collaborate with GI lab staff and support teams for high-quality care.
