Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of alleged or probable violations and compliance issues by gathering and analyzing information.
• Collect and evaluate evidence such as records, documents and items.
• Formulate questions and interview witnesses and other parties to ascertain facts.
• Explain and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and procedures.
• Make recommendations to authorities and may take enforcement action as needed.
• Research investigative data using information systems and the internet and report findings.
