Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine setup, operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of highly automated manufacturing equipment. You will monitor production quality, downtime, and waste, applying mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical skills to repair and optimize systems.

The role requires reading schematics and manuals, strong teamwork, and the ability to use calibration techniques with precision instruments.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical, pneumatic and electrical maintenance, including preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with multiple teams.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word for maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Time management to complete tasks without delay.
• Work with various teams to support production, quality, downtime and waste reduction goals.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and machinery using mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical skills.
• Read and interpret electrical/pneumatic schematics and equipment specifications.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, diagrams and equipment specifications.
• Be flexible with a variety of equipment and processes; apply calibration techniques and precise measurement.
