Job summary

AMR, part of Global Medical Response, is hiring Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMTs) to respond to emergency and non-emergency requests and deliver high-quality care, treatment, and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, document patient information, maintain a safe environment, and operate an ambulance per safety policies. Collaboration with health and public safety teams is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Kansas Advanced EMT certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to pass Physical Ability Test (PAT).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and determine necessary care, delivering emergency services.
• Document patient information and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Utilize AEMT skills for care, including equipment and procedures.
• Operate an ambulance in compliance with safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel.
• Participate in community programs to support AMR image.
