Job summary

American Medical Response in Osborne, KS is seeking an Advanced EMT to respond to emergency and non-emergency requests, deliver high-quality care, and provide excellent patient service. This is a part-time role located in Osborne, Kansas, starting at $32,923.80 per year with experience-based credit.

The position requires KS EMT certification or eligibility, CPR, and a valid driver’s license; PAT may be required. NREMT is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Kansas EMT Certification or Kansas Eligible.
• CPR certification.
• NREMT certification preferred.
• State Driver’s License.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.
• Pass Physical Ability Test (PAT).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, determine needed care and deliver emergency services.
• Document patient information and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Use EMT skills to provide care including equipment and procedures.
• Operate an ambulance in compliance with safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
• Participate in community programs to support AMR image.
