Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTA) to respond to emergency and non-emergency requests, delivering high-quality care and customer service to patients.

EMT duties include patient assessment, treatment, and documentation, while maintaining confidentiality. You will operate ambulances with safety policies, collaborate with health and public safety teams, and participate in community programs to support AMR image.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State EMT license required.
• State driver’s license required.
• BLS and NREMT certification preferred.
• Driving record must meet company policy.
• Pass a Physical Agility Test.
• Some healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessment and emergency care using appropriate EMT techniques and equipment.
• Document patient information and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stocked environment for patients.
• Operate EMT skills including communications, equipment use, and procedures.
• Operate ambulance in compliance with safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
