Job summary

EmergyCare Inc. seeks an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician to deliver pre-hospital care under PA DOH protocols. The role involves evaluating patients, initiating field treatments, and transporting to medical facilities.

You will work with EMTs and Paramedics in a fast-paced EMS environment and must meet PA certification and driving requirements. Regular attendance, strong communication, and ability to follow medical command orders are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Current PA EMT certification evidence required.
• BLS-CPR certification recognized by PA EMS regulations.
• Emergency Vehicle Drivers Training completed.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-hospital emergency care per PA DOH State Protocols and medical command orders.
• Evaluate patients and relay pertinent information to medical facilities.
• Transport patients to appropriate medical facilities (ambulance, wheelchair van).
• Work with EMTs, Paramedics, and other AEMTs to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Assist with supervision/training of EMS students and other personnel as directed.
