Job summary

Lincoln Health Transport Service in Hugo, CO seeks an experienced AEMT to provide rescue and emergency medical care. You will respond to calls, administer advanced life support, and coordinate with receiving facilities to ensure patient safety.

The role requires a Colorado AEMT certification, CPR, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of EMS experience. CEVO training is provided. You will maintain patient privacy and complete documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• The incumbent must possess and maintain a valid driver's license, CPR card, and current state of Colorado AEMT certification.
• One year of experience in rescue and emergency medical services.
• Basic working knowledge of Windows and/or Android-compatible computers and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls calmly and promptly.
• Administer advanced life support on scene, en route, and in ER as trained.
• Assess injuries/illnesses to determine procedures.
• Rescue and extricate victims using proper techniques.
• Communicate with medical staff to arrange further treatment.
• Protect patient privacy and complete required forms promptly.
• Drive ambulance equipment and maintain vehicle readiness.
