Job summary

Lifeguard Ambulance Service, a Global Medical Response (GMR) family company, is hiring Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMTs) to respond to emergency and non-emergency medical requests and provide high-quality patient care.

The job offers an hourly rate starting at $20.00 + DOE with opportunities to grow as experience increases. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care delivery, documentation, and collaboration with public safety teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• State Driver's License required.
• National or State EMT certification required.
• CPR/BLS certifications required.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.
• Pass Physical Agility Test required.
• Some healthcare work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and deliver emergency medical care using EMT techniques.
• Document patient information while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Use EMT skills to provide care including communications, medical equipment, and procedures.
• Operate an ambulance in accordance with safety policies and traffic laws.

IMMEDIATELY HIRING! AEMT Opportunity

We're hiring Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMTs) that will respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for medical assistance and deliver high-quality care, treatment and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities:

• EMTs assess patients, determine necessary care and deliver emergency services by using appropriate medical techniques and equipment.

• Document patient information, condition and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.

• Take pride in providing a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.

• Use appropriate EMT skills to provide care including communications, medical equipment, cleaning procedures, office equipment and tools.

• EMTs operate an ambulance in conjunction with applicable company safety policies, and traffic laws related to the operation of emergency medical response vehicles.

• Work collaboratively and professionally with all allied health and public safety personnel and your fellow EMTs.

Other Responsibilities:

• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.

MinimumRequired Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• National or State A EMT certification

• CPR/BLS certifications

• Driving record in compliance with company policy

• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
