Job summary

Qnity is hiring Manufacturing Technicians at its Tralee Park sites to support production of Kalrez® seals in a high-performance environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and comfort with MS Office; you will work on 12-hour rotating shifts and participate in safety and quality programs.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical, and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Sets-up,monitors and operates mills, extruders, presses, etc. ensuring quality and conformance with standard operating procedures.
• Always maintains safety and quality standards at all times. Initiates and follows emergency procedures when necessary
• Routinely inspect and measure parts against specifications to ensure they are within allowed tolerances using various measuring devices
• Operate fork trucks and motorized equipment
• Perform basic maintenance
• Perform area patrols to visually inspect, monitor equipment and process conditions to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and environmental regulations.
