Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System in Cleveland is seeking a Registered Monitoring Technician for the Epilepsy-Main Campus unit. This role supports EEG monitoring, long-term data collection, and patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will set up, perform and monitor EEG tests, work with advanced telemetry systems, and collaborate with physicians to assist in reading EEGs and seizures. Shifts are variable, typically 7:00pm–7:30am, with an average 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electroneurodiagnostics or related patient care field.
• Registered EEG Technologist (R.EEG.T).
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• 1 year of recent epilepsy long-term monitoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor electrophysiological data in recording rooms using EEG equipment.
• Perform long-term monitoring of adult and pediatric patients.
• Assist physicians in reading EEGs and seizure interpretation.
