Job summary

Luminis Health, Inc. is seeking an Echocardiography Technologist II to perform echocardiographic studies across the Medical Center, including patient rooms and the emergency department.

The role requires guiding patients through procedures and ensuring data accuracy and safety. The candidate should have specialized training in echocardiography and relevant certifications, plus experience with adult and pediatric studies, including stress echocardiography and TEE where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have basic Echocardiography training and be able to perform and interpret echocardiograms.
• Experience handling adult and pediatric studies, including stress echocardiograms and TEE where applicable.
• Proficiency in recognizing artifacts and maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiographic studies as requested throughout the Medical Center.
• Explain procedures to patients and provide care to ensure accuracy and comfort.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
